I wouldn’t say, by any means, that the majority of English students don’t care about tuition increases; the people that I saw marching in London last autumn clearly felt strongly that the government shouldn’t be lifting the cap on top-up fees. Compared to Quebec, however, it all seems a little tame. (more…)
